Democracy at work in Exeter? What's wrong with this picture? I am a native of Exeter and have lived in Exeter for over 60 years, 35 of those years on the Exeter River. I am the previous owner of the Exeter Elms Campground on Court Street, and my residence is still on Court Street at the entrance to the campground. This is the first time I have written an editorial to the Exeter News-Letter.
